Saza-E-Murgh🍗Recipe in Description #shorts #youtubeshorts #chickencurry #palakchicken #currychicken #palakchickenrecipe #greenchickencurry #chickencurryrecipe #spicychickencurry Saza-E-Murgh🍗: Ingredients & Recipe Below:- Heat 7 tbsp oil in a Kadhai and add in 1 tsp each of cumin seeds, black peppercorns, 2 inch cinnamon stick, 4 green & 2 black cardamom, 4 cloves and 1 star anise. Let them pop for 30 seconds then add in 5 thinly sliced onions. Fry the onions on high for 8 minutes until brown. Next add in 1 kg chicken followed by 1 tbsp each of salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, half tbsp each of turmeric, cumin powder and 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste. Fry on high for 6 minutes. Prepare a paste by blending together 500 grams blanched spinach leaves, 2 strings of curry leaves, 3 boiled skinless tomatoes, 15-18 soaked cashew nuts, 5-6 Kashmiri red chillies, handful of coriander leaves with stems and 4-6 green chillies adding a bit of water. Pour this paste in the Kadhai and fry on medium high for 4 minutes. Next add in 2 cups of warm water mixing well and close the lid turning flame to low for 18 minutes checking and stirring in between. Open the lid and take out some of the rogan (oil) accumulated in the sides. Heat the rogan in a small pan and add in 10-12 finely chopped garlic cloves. Fry on high for a minute or two then add it to the chicken followed by 1 tbsp roasted crushed kasoori methi and 3/4th tbsp garam masala powder. Give it a gentle mix for a minute and turn off the flame closing the lid. Let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.
