This is located at Lagoi Beach, Bintan, Indonesia. Just a short car ride away from Bandar Bintan Telani Ferry Terminal. You can arrange for complimentary car pick-up by the hotel from the ferry terminal. Just email the hotel with information about your ferry tickets to inform them about your estimated arrival time. Once you arrive at the ferry terminal, head towards the counter for Hotel Indigo Bintan Lagoi Beach and the friendly staff will promptly guide you to the hotel car and the driver will drive you straight to the hotel. It's about an hour ferry journey from Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal, Singapore. In this video, you can see how spacious this 50 square metres room is. The room is equipped with great bathroom accessories by TOTO, and bath amenities from Sensatia Bitanicals. The balcony is roomy, with a lounge sofa, armchair and of course the big bathtub! You can sit back, relax and enjoy the breeze from the ocean. I brought along my own bath bomb and rubber duckie for the trip! Room comes with complimentary bottled water and daily breakfast at SugarBeats. Mini bar refreshments and snacks are chargeable. A delicious welcome snack platter was prepared for me, as a Platinum Elite Member of IHG. Remember to sign up for this membership programme before you book any hotels within the InterContinental Hotel Group (IHG) to enjoy lots of complimentary perks, discounts and bonus points! Hotel grounds is really spacious, with a total of 6 buildings. My room was in block 5. Next time, I wish to try staying in block 1 or 6, which are located nearer to the restaurant, and the ocean. Once checked in, hotel guests will receive a WhatsApp welcome message from the hotel, informing you of various activities available at the resort for you to enjoy. You can also WhatsApp them if you require any assistance, like room service, buggy ride service etc. It is super convenient! I don't even have to call the reception for assistance. Hotel staff are very friendly and eager to assist. I really enjoyed my stay here! For spa lovers, check out their own Sunjivva Spa located at the neighbour sister hotel, Holiday Inn Resort Bintan Lagoi Beach. Hotel guests enjoy 30% off spa treatments here. Buggy ride is available to bring guests to the spa location as it is quite a distance away if you walk. I enjoyed the Signature Sunjivva Facial, Milk Bath, and Mystics of Gurindam treatments over two days. Highly recommended to try the spa here. Please note that all spa treatments, dining, laundry at the hotel are subjected to 10% service charge and 11% government tax. 20% discount is available for IHG members, for dining in, at the restaurants within Hotel Indigo Bintan, and Holiday Inn Resort Bintan, Lagoi Beach!
