Evil Bane, Kanetsugu's Fourth weapon, can be obtained on his Dream Stage "Ieyasu's Last Stand". You must be playing on the "Hard" difficulty or higher for it to appear. The condition is to obtain this weapon is to basically defeat Masamune, Ina, Tadakatsu and Hanzō while none of your allies are routed. Being that this is a dream stage, speed is of the essence since it will feel like borderline Chaos difficulty on Hard. Your allies get attacked a number of times in this stage. The first thing you want to do is take down the officers approaching your garrison. The less your allies have to fight, the longer they will hold out. Enemy troops will be pouring out of the gates on this map. Try to seal any strongholds you get close to. They may not stay closed for long, but it does delay enemy officers. Continue to take out enemy officers by your allies while you can. It won't take long before Masakage arrives with some backup on the front. So take note of which of your allied forces needs help the most. Some more time passes and Masamune will show up with his usual squad of officers. Careful, since his gunshots can break your guard, leaving you open to a lot of damage. When Masamune is down, work to getting Kagekatsu into the top west garrison. Once you do, Yukimura will arrive as re-enforcements to move the stage along. At this point, you should now target the remaining officers you need to defeat: Ina, Tadakatsu and Hanzō. Ina shouldn't be too hard, but her father could prove to be quite difficult... When you defeat these three, the Transport Units should appear not too far from where Tadakatsu was. Go get the weapon and then go straight for Ieyasu. Kōjiro might get in your way en route, possibly causing some problems, but the weapon will be yours. Attack Strategy: Kanetsugu's best method of attack is no doubt Ice combined with his level 3 Musou Attack. Meteoric rocks rain down from the sky to strike anything right in front of you. Each one of these will also pound the ground, smashing any foes who are lying down as well (and at full damage). Just two problems prevent this from being the best thing ever: 1) Your whole Musou attack can be blocked, forcing you to get creative if you miss your opportunity. 2) The rocks by themselves will juggle your foe upwards for some reason. Kanetsugu's Musou attack can rarely hold your target in place, but chances are: they will rise too high to get hit by each rock. If you freeze your target and immediately launch LV3 Musou on them, nearly everybody minus Tadakatsu is dead in seconds. on Hard, this combination is quite deadly as each rock can hit twice: once because of physical contact and again when it smashes into the ground (shockwave hits your foe). Also, I don't know about using the Meteoric rocks in combination with Kanetsugu's special move where he slows the enemy down. It might work, but needs some testing.
