Farming in Egypt (visit) | Cairo | Egypt | Part 2

We visited a farm in to prepare for the Aqiqah of our daughter. This is an Islamic tradition on the arrival of a newborn to show gratitude for the blessing God almighty has bestowed upon us. Aqiqah is performed by sacrificing 2 sheep for a boy and one for a girl. Sacrifice is not restricted to sheep and goes according to the parents financial means. The whole purpose is to announce the birth within the family + community as well as give (part of the sacrifice) to the less fortuntate. The above information is according to my knowledge. I also saw and learnt a lot along the way.
