Homemade transcripted guitar cover of "Malmok jarnak" taken from The Catafalque's "Meta" album (2016) in standard E tuning. 0:00 - part 1 3:30 - part 2 5:45 - part 3 9:59 - part 4 13:19 - part 5 15:45 - part 6 19:50 - outro About 5 hours of work and 2 takes to get this result. The longest piece of the "Meta" album (maybe the longest of the whole Thy Catafalque discography), not technical but very immersive and beautiful. A few mistakes and scratches here and there, not easy to play 20 minutes in one take... The original tuning is drop A I guess on a 7-string guitar; so most of the rhythm riffs here are one octave higher. Recorded with an iRig2, a smartphone and my Cort Viva Gold II.
