De Smet Jesuit High School Hockey Club (Spartans) embarks on their 21-22 season after falling just short in the state final last year between their Jesuit crosstown rival St. Louis University High School (SLUH.) We take you on an inside look with the spartans in the weeks leading to the Jesuit Cup, an annual game between the two schools. For the past seven years, SLUH has held the cup. This year, the Spartans look to end the losing streak and get off to a hot start on their season as they look to get back to the State Finals.
