The Shibuya Halloween Costume Street Party is a huge event that takes place on the streets of Tokyo's Shibuya neighborhood every Halloween. The free event is attended by over 100,000 people, most of them in costume. The streets around Shibuya Station and the famous Shibuya Scramble are closed for hours so that costumed people can enjoy the area safely. It's by far the biggest event of its kind in Japan, and probably the biggest Halloween Party on planet Earth. If you haven't experienced the Shibuya Halloween Costume Street Party yet in person, we highly recommend it.
