The Black & Decker 40 volt lithium battery snow mover catalog was the worst instruction manual I've ever read. It doesn't have any explanation of what parts you have; the pictures are terrible and when I called for service they sent me to the maker of the lithium battery who promptly told me quote, we can't tell you how to put it together. So much for customer service support for simple questions. Seems customer service in the United States does not exist This is the first video for the snow mover that at least shows you what it looks like when it's put together yes it is simple Yes you don't need tools. But if it wasn't for another friend, Cathy, who had just put one together herself and found the same lack of help. I'd never be able to put this together. Salute to all the ladies helping each other in these kinds of situations. I will say it worked very well and is exactly what I was looking for not to be able to have a gas can /oil or a long cord in the winter the battery is charged enough having the two of them is enough of a backup I'm 72 and I moved 8 in of snow the first time . I'm going out now to move 4 more in. But I will have to say Black & Decker if you're selling a product in the USA how about having a phone number or someone can answer a simple question the manual LCSB2140 catalog number is the worst ever!
