Not sure what happened in the recording capture but It's only for the last 15 mins or so. Hope its not too bad for viewing purposes! Welcome to practice! Create some space to move freely. We'll use a couple of foam blocks, a blanket, and later in class a bolster for support. Modify according to your needs and ability. Take a rest when you need.
