In this video we teach you how to charge your Nest Thermostat. There is a port on the back of your thermostat that allows you to charge your Nest Thermostat if it has low battery. You can plug in a Micro USB: https://amzn.to/2rSb1v8 to the port on the back of your Nest Thermostat. You may need to charge your Nest Thermostat if it sat in the box a long time or if power from your HVAC went off which could happen if a fuse was blown or the power was out in your house.
