Shillong Court Hearing on Sonam Raghuvanshi : सोनम समेत 5 आरोपियों पर आरोप तय, सब हैरान! | MP News | Meghalaya | Raja Raghuvanshi इंदौर के ट्रांसपोर्ट कारोबारी राजा रघुवंशी (30 वर्ष) की उनकी पत्नी सोनम रघुवंशी ने कथित तौर पर अपने प्रेमी के साथ मिलकर हत्या कराई थी। इस मामले में मेघालय पुलिस की स्पेशल इन्वेस्टिगेशन टीम (SIT) ने हाल ही में अदालत में 790 पन्नों का आरोपपत्र (चार्जशीट) दाखिल किया है। राजा रघुवंशी और सोनम 21 मई 2025 को हनीमून के लिए शिलांग पहुंचे। 26 मई को दोनों लापता हो गए। 2 जून को राजा का शव एक गहरी खाई से बरामद हुआ। शुरुआती जांच में सोनम पर शक हुआ, जो 9 जून को उत्तर प्रदेश के गाजीपुर में एक ढाबे पर बदहवास हालत में मिली। पुलिस जांच के अनुसार, सोनम का अपने प्रेमी राज कुशवाहा से पहले से संबंध था। शादी के महज 9 दिन बाद ही उन्होंने हत्या की साजिश रची। सोनम ने राज को राजा की हत्या के लिए सुपारी दी, और राज ने अपने तीन साथियों को शामिल किया। हत्या के बाद सोनम ने सबूत मिटाने की कोशिश की। मुख्य 5 आरोपी (जिन पर हत्या, साजिश और सबूत नष्ट करने के आरोप तय): सोनम रघुवंशी (पत्नी, मुख्य साजिशकर्ता)। राज कुशवाहा (प्रेमी, हत्या का मुख्य आरोपी)। आकाश राजपूत (राज का साथी)। आनंद कुर्मी (राज का साथी)। विशाल सिंह चौहान (राज का साथी)। इन पर भारतीय न्याय संहिता (BNS) की धारा 103(1) (हत्या), 238(A)/61(2) (साजिश और सबूत नष्ट करना) के तहत आरोप लगाए गए है Sonam Raghuvanshi Bail Plea to be Heard on September 19 in High-Profile Murder Case Shillong’s local court will hear the bail petition of Sonam Raghuvanshi on September 19 in connection with the sensational murder of Indore businessman Raja Raghuvanshi.
