Centre is likely to handover Khalistani leader’s Amrtipal's case to National Investigation Agency (NIA). Sources said Singh would be booked under National Security Act (NSA). Khalistani leader Amritpal Singh has been declared a fugitive by the Punjab Police after launching a state-wide crackdown on elements of Waris Punjab De on Saturday. Singh is on the run as the state police has launched a massive manhunt to nab him. Amritpal's ancestral village, Jallu Kheda, has been turned into a fortress and section 144 has been imposed in various districts to avoid protests and violence.
