"My family went on a Lunar New Year vacation for a few days. On our way back, we stopped by the camping area at Khanh Le Pass (the pass connecting the flower city of Da Lat and the coastal city of Nha Trang) to camp and enjoy the early spring atmosphere of Da Lat. In the past year, I've camped in Da Lat twice. About the campsite location, it is situated over 1,700 meters above sea level, so the nighttime temperature in this season is bitterly cold, dropping to around 10 degrees Celsius. The space is comfortable, surrounded by mountains and forests, with a rough-flowing stream below, where the water is quite cold. Access to this place is easy even for low-ground sedans like mine, just about 50 meters from National Route 27C. The cost for camping on your own is reasonable at 120,000 VND per person. There's a camp management office selling coffee, basic food, and firewood. Additionally, there are homestay rooms available for rent. The owner, Huy, is very welcoming, providing guidance and assistance to guests like me. Particularly, the campsite where I stayed had no loud music, and I hope this can be maintained in the future.
