1962 to 2025: 1962 Fender Tremolux meets the future of valve amps

Apparently, guitarists are moving away from loud, smelly and possible poisonous valve amps into the luxurious effortlessness of modellers. Not me! I don't like them. So here is a great leap forward. The Two-Notes Torpedo Reload II is my latest toy and I am very impressed. Not only is it the best attenuator I have heard so far but it also re-amps and allows recording via the XLR output. It is stereo too! My Fender Tremolux is a classic and now I can feed it into the 4 ohm Input of the Reload II, attach it to any cabinet and set the output I want at home. Plus I can take the XLR out and apply one of Two-Notes DynIR cabinet and microphone IRs and record! The Genome application on PC can be selected inside the DAW and used to perfect the cabinet, speaker and microphone set up. Some have criticised it for not having IRs built in and that is true. My Tone King Ironman II has a built in cab simulation as does the Mesa Boogie head I have and they do work but the flexibility in terms of recording is limited. So here is my demo of the Tremolux brought forward into 2025 - perfectly usable and convenient with modern technology. I do like the Ironman II and the Fryette Power Station PS2a as well but the Two-Notes unit is built like a tank and sounds great even at low volumes.
