20 Mile Day Hike Around Waldo Lake

Waldo Lake has a 20 mile trail that goes all the way around it called the Jim Weaver Loop. It had been on my bucket list to do this 20 mile hike in one day for over a year and I originally had planned to do it on my birthday but there was still too much snow in this area in mid-June to be able to hike. In July and early August there are too many mosquitoes, so I waited until mid-August to do this hike. Even though it was incredibly smoky from all the wildfires around the area, I was so excited to do this hike and finally be able to cross this big 20 mile accomplishment off of my bucket list. https://www.hikeoregon.net/waldo-lake...
