AIMIM Owaisi Announces MLA Accountability, Offers Support to Nitish Kumar in Bihar | India Today

All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) President Asaduddin Owaisi, celebrating his party's performance in Bihar, has announced a new accountability measure for his legislators. He stated that all five of his party's MLAs will be required to sit in their constituency offices two days a week to meet the public and must send him a photo on WhatsApp with the location enabled as proof. In his speech, Owaisi also extended conditional support to the Nitish Kumar government, stating, 'we are ready to give our full support to the Nitish Kumar government, but there must be justice for Seemanchal'. He highlighted the region's issues with river erosion, migration, and corruption.
