This is my official performance assessment values-based leadership task 2 (RSM2) submission at Western Governor's University. RSM2 — RSM2 TASK 2: COMMUNICATING YOUR LEADERSHIP VISION A. Prepare a multimedia presentation (suggested length of 8–12 slides) to share your leadership vision based on your reflection on the VIA Character Strengths Survey you completed in Task 1 by doing the following: 1. Create an introduction to your team meeting in which you share a personal, authentic story to connect with and inspire your team. 2. Using at least one of the six company values provided in the scenario, create a values-based vision statement specific to your new role as the customer service manager. 3. Help your team understand emotional intelligence and how it will impact the team’s effectiveness by doing the following in the next portion of your presentation: a. Describe how bias affects ethical decision-making. d. Summarize your approach to relationship management with your team by doing the following: i.
