PULLED CHICKEN SUB SANDWICH chicken breast boneless 1 whole garlic paste 1 tbsp olive or vegetable oil 2 tbsp soy sauce 4 tbsp ketchup 1/2 cup apple sider or white vinegar 2 tbsp Bar B Q sauce 2 tbsp honey 2 tbsp salt 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper or red chili flakes 1 tbsp corn flour 1 tbsp for assembling the sandwiches we need finger buns (lambe wale bun) 4 to 6 mayonnaise 1/2 cup ketchup 1/4 cup mustard paste use good quality as much as you like cucumber lettuce or ice berg caramelized onions (halka fry pyaz ) 1 large first pour 1 tbsp oil in a pot and add garlic paste add chicken as well and cook 2 minutes from each sides then add all spices and sauces except salt and honey(adjust them in last) now add 1/2 liter water in it and cook on slow flame for 40,45 minutes then pull out chicken and shred it coarsely. now cook the remaining sauce a bit and add corn flour and water mixture to thicken it add gain shredded chicken in it,mix and set a side. take 1 bun and cut it in 2 parts but do not cut completely in between both sides apply mayo and place ice begr on it put pulled chicken mixture on it and add cucumber add some caramelized onions on top now cover the upper side and then drizzle mustard paste and ketchup. serve with chips or coleslaw MY OFFICIAL FACE BOOK PAGE: www.facebook.com/MaherazCooking MY WEBSITE: www.maherazcooking.com MY g+ ACCOUNT: https://plus.google.com/u/0/
