Episode 65: Confessions of a Leader Wins, Losses & Resetting for January This episode is a weekend review a mix of family life, business moments, and preparing for the week ahead. The weekend kicked off with football for my 13 year old, ending in a 4–1 loss. Not the result we wanted, but a good reminder that setbacks are part of growth in sport, business, and life. From there it was straight into family mode with a kids’ party and a film night, slowing things down and enjoying the moments that matter most. Business didn’t stop completely though. We held girl group auditions, another exciting step in developing new talent, followed by a pub staff party a chance to say thank you and recognise the team for their hard work.
