In this video, we demonstrate a step-by-step endoscopic polypectomy of a large pedunculated antral polyp, highlighting the key stages of assessment, resection, and hemostasis. 🔹 Step 1 – Assessment: The procedure begins with a careful endoscopic evaluation of the polyp to determine its size, location, and vascularity, allowing selection of the most appropriate and safe removal technique. 🔹 Step 2 – Hemostatic Preparation: An endoloop was applied around the stalk of the pedunculated polyp to minimize bleeding risk and ensure effective hemostasis during resection. 🔹 Step 3 – Polypectomy: A hot snare polypectomy was then performed, achieving complete removal of the polyp in a controlled manner. 🔹 Step 4 – Post-Resection Hemostasis: Two hemoclips were applied at the resection site to secure complete hemostasis and prevent delayed bleeding. 🔹 Step 5 – Specimen Retrieval: Finally, the resected polyp was extracted using a RothNet retrieval basket for histopathological examination.
