There is no doubt that Petani is a magnificent beach that has a lot in common with Myrtos (it almost has the same orientation to admiring the beautiful sunset). It is situated on the beautiful peninsula of Paliki, 13 km from Lixouri, at the base of a steep road, surrounded by mountains, in a curved bay. As the beach is mostly covered in sand and there are a few little pebbles scattered along the shore, it is not always calm, so people with mobility problems or small children should take extra care when it is wavy. The rocks near the end offer beautiful water colours and a peaceful atmosphere if you prefer not to be surrounded by crowds and sunbeds. Here is the best spot to relax and wait for the magic moment of the sunset!
