Another incredible week on our van build! This week we dive into the framing our van build starting first with the floor, then putting up the wall strappings and the ceiling supports along with starting to tackle the sound deadening! If you missed our first video of the build series (   • WE BOUGHT A VAN! | Mercedes Sprinter 170 4...  ) we bought a 2020 Mercedes Sprinter 2500 170 4x4 and are starting one of the hardest projects we have ever taken on together as a couple all while battling the cold Canadian winter! This will be our very first van build which will likely provide some mistakes but a whole lot of fun and learning along the way. We are looking forward to seeing an empty shell of a van slowly come to life over the next handful of months as it becomes our new home on wheels. We have had a ton of experience camping in our RV and have rented various camper vans in Alberta, British Columbia, Iceland, Quebec and more all of different sizes and layouts. So we have learned a lot on things we love and things that we would want to change to make the ultimate van conversion.
