K - 5 Aquatics Classes at the Stamford JCC

The JCC utilizes the American Red Cross Aquatics program to promote water safety, aquatic adjustment, swimming readiness and enjoyment in the water. With the assistance of trained instructors and parental encouragement, your child will gain confidence in the aquatic environment. Parents please note: Children 10 years of age and younger must be supervised by a parent, both on the pool deck and in the water. Children under 5 years of age must be walked down to their lessons and picked up at the pool on time. Our instructors cannot be responsible for watching children once the class is over. Spectators are requested to observe swim lessons from the observation deck or the anteroom outside the pool. The anteroom has a large glass window for viewing to minimize distractions.
