Welcome to Temple's Sugarbush 2024! A very unique maple sugarbush a short drive west of Ottawa between Carleton Place and Perth Ontario, just minutes from Highway 7. A family owned pancake house restaurant and maple farm in the heart of Lanark County, the maple syrup capital of Ontario. Located in a working bush, the restaurant has 200 hundred seat timber frame building made by local craftsmen. The pancake house is open during maple season - March 1 to April 21, 2024/ Wednesday to Sunday from 9:00-3:00 p.m. for sit-in dining. Pancake breakfast is available from the menu list only. It has in-house general store gift shop with maple syrup products. If you have diet restriction i.e. Gluten-free option is available upon request. Yummy in-house maple baked beans is deliciously irresistible! Nature Trail let's take a walk together of the sugar bush trail and enjoy the pleasure of walking through a young forest. Pancake done done by hand mix in small batches using pure buttermilk and fresh eggs. Maple sausages are made in-house from 100 percent pork meat. Maple baked beans are made in their kitchen from old time recipe, using dark maple syrup, and salted pork meat and molasses.
