Firefighting Simulator: Ignite Review Today’s video review is Firefighting Simulator Ignite and it’s a scorcher for all the wrong and indeed right reasons. On paper this should be the definitive firefighting game: big blazes, destructible environments, co-op with your mates, and the thrill of saving lives. But what you actually get is a messy mix of recycled content, twitchy controls, and AI thicker than smoke in a chip shop. Per usual we break down the gameplay — from pointless truck driving sections, to the more interesting moments where fire spreads dynamically across ceilings, floors, and gas lines. When it clicks, it really clicks, with intense firefights against raging flames and clever touches like thermal imaging at mission’s end. But then the cracks show. AI teammates stand idle while the inferno swallows everything. Victims appear in random spots that make no sense. Animations are clunky, glitches ruin immersion, and the sound design never captures the terrifying roar of a real blaze. So with all that in mind, is it worth buying? 🎮 Played on: PC, RTX 5090, 4K Max Settings 💸 Price at time of review: $35 📅 Released by: Astragon Entertainment 🧠 Summary of gameplay style: Firefighting sim with co-op, destructible environments, and AI squad control #firefightingsimulator #firefightingsimulatorignite #firefightingsimulatorthesquad #astragon #simulatorgames INTRO: 00:00 A RE-SKIN OF THE SQUAD? 00:45 GAMEPLAY: 02:30 TERRIBLE A.I.: 05:04 GRAPHICS: 08:24 SOUNDS: 10:00 SCORE: 11:00
