Let's get real about self care! Many of us struggle to find routines that suit our neurodivergent brains. In this video, I decided to test some different ideas and share what works for me as a woman with audhd and offer some adhd tips to make self care easier and more effective. This also includes some autism self care tips that work for me! Daily life in a Neurotypical world is hard enough and we're constantly told how to take care of ourselves better. But do those self-care routines even work for our Neurodivergent brains? In this video, I examine why some well known self-care routines just don't work for us and I share some of routines that I found the most helpful.
