I recorded this 2022 christmas around the time I ran into my old man for the first time in 8 years. just some rough idea I had. on an Ibanez Gio id bought myself for christmas. it sounds sloppy drunk and unrehearsed, but this was me running on empty for the most part. as in going from living in stable accom to homelessless. it rattles a persons head no matter who you are. the day 900 reference was a reference to the amount of time id spent roaming without a place to go since packing my shit and leaving my old life behind, getting on a coach, seeing the countryside and doing it all without a fixed address. and yeah it was only a few months in total but felt like a whole bunch of time and just dragged on. which again fed the whole mad max thing im now putting all my energy into. salvagable riffs? I rerelease this now and laugh as I take note --- the amount of time ive spent homeless now is MUCH closer to 900 days now... as its been 3 odd years? thats bout 900 days?? lol was cool cos I hadnt seen my dad in quite some time as hes been overseas, and I began recording this before seeing him, then after we caught up I finished it. released it. then removed all my old channel content and did a relaunch
