Global Trash Solutions is pleased to showcase the newest features in our GTS2000 commercial compactor model. The GTS2000 model replaced our GTS1000 commercial compactor model and includes many new improvements. To start with, our GTS2000 industrial trash compactors have a larger loading door which provides an additional five inches of clearance space. Next, the interior design of the GTS2000 has been updated. On the GTS1000 model, it had an older interior design which could be a little challenging for our customers to keep clean. With the new GTS industrial trash compactor design, it has easy-to-clean features. The GTS2000 even has a “Clean Cycle” which can be run to help keep the interior clean. To further protect the interior of the GTS2000, the entire interior of the commercial trash compactor is coated in a protective seal. The 45-pound stainless steel waste tray is extremely durable and designed to support all of the trash you compact. Another great update found on our GTS2000 commercial compactor is the new controls. They are very easy to use to operate the compactor. All that is required is to select the option you want or enter the code using the touchpad controls. This is a major upgrade from the basic controls found on the GTS1000 models. Emptying the compactor is much improved as well. With our GTS1000 model, our older style cart could be a bit harder to use while emptying the commercial trash compactor. You had to roll the waste cart up next to the compactor, then roll the waste tray onto the cart to remove it from the compactor. On our GTS2000 industrial trash compactors, we added some new waste cart features to make emptying the compactor easier and faster. With the new waste cart design, the waste cart slides into the trash compactor and locks the waste tray into place for easy lifting and removal. The waste cart will even make the dumping of your compacted waste much more efficient. You simply remove the pin from around the waste bag after tying it shut. Next, you raise the waste tray to a height above the opening on your dumpster. You can lift up to 150 pounds of waste safely into your dumpster without having to lift the heavy bags yourself! Once the waste tray is at the right height and over the dumpster, you pull the release lever. The waste tray drops out of the way, allowing your compacted waste to fall directly into your dumpster.
