Rassilon1 Custom Tennant Kit Sonic Screwdriver

This is a new kit based on the David Tennant version of the Sonic Screwdriver by Rassilon1. He offers this kit without instructions but it comes preassembled so you know were all the parts are meant to go right out of the box. The design is sufficiently intuitive that it is easy to disassemble and reassemble. His machine work and mechanism design are very, very good. Clean lines and smooth action. Well researched, well thought out and well achieved. The kit arrives unpainted and without electronics. You can easily gut one of the Character Options Sonic screwdriver toys or a key-chain flashlight or laser pointer for all the components you'd need if you want to make a light up version. The main body requires painting if you want the crackle finish like on the actual show prop.
