Let's make calm bottles! First off, the tutorial I followed is available here at Creative Social Worker: http://creativesocialworker.tumblr.co... Perfect for focusing or relaxing, the slow movement of glitter falling makes calm bottles a tingly, soothing craft. Though the end result is fabulous, the process of making them is tingly too! Lots of beautiful moments of clear glue and dye falling slowly into water, accompanied by lots of tapping, water dripping, shaking and pouring sounds. I try two variations, one with clear glue and one with glitter glue. Things get super messy in the second half, but that's what happens sometimes! I also had a little trouble with one of my microphones, so it's not as binaural as I prefer, sorry! Common triggers in this video: water sounds, soft speaking, slow movements, crafting, tapping -- I have a Tumblr that updates once a day with a soothing gif or a link to a tingly or relaxing sound generator. I also take asks and requests there: / stitchescritchesasmr Have a question? It may be answered in the FAQ: http://stitchescritchesasmr.tumblr.co... -- Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (ASMR) is often described as a “tingly” feeling in the scalp or back of the neck in response to certain aural and visual triggers. It's a neat thing that not everyone experiences, a good place to start learning more about it at this link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Autonomo...
