N.O.V.A. 2 - Near Orbit Vanguard Alliance | Android/iOS Longplay, Full Game, No Commentary

Released in December of 2010, N.O.V.A. 2 follows on from the previous title, once again stepping into the shoes of Captain Kal Warden. While the gameplay remains largely the same as it's predecessor, N.O.V.A. 2 improves and refines on both look and feel. Alongside this, the game also introduces a lot of new gameplay sequences, including tower defense sections, mech battles and motorbike riding. Despite it's improvements over N.O.V.A. 1, the gameplay still felt very unrewarding and clunky, and levels dragged on for wayyy longer than they should have. Perhaps if enemies died in half the amount of time and if levels were half the length, I may have had a better time with it, but in the end I just wanted each recording session to be over, which was the first time this has happened with a Gameloft game. I am obviously in the minority here as reviews for this game were great, but I definitely had a lot more fun playing Modern Combat 2, and even N.O.V.A. 1 for that matter 🤷🏼‍♂️ ‪@Gameloft‬ ‪@gameloftandroid‬
