The West Vinewood incident began the very moment when Trevor unleashed his violence from the rooftop of the Epsilon Program headquarters. He first hurled a hand grenade near the courtyard at the rear of the building before opening fire in the area. The action shifted to the northeastern corner of the building where he would have a great vantage point to shoot anyone moving through the intersection of Spanish Avenue and Strangeways Drive. As soon as officers arrived on the scene, they were met with gunfire.
