Here is a curry which suits best for Brinjals and drumsticks combination. Nothing new, but a little different from ordinary sambar. But we call it as "kolambu". The difference is, fry the grated coconut with other spices. Tastes best if you pound the masala. Adding toor dal is very important, and the requirement of coconut is less for this curry.
