Seiko 6309 Movement Fault Finding, Can I Find The Issue?

Hi Guys and welcome to another video, 6309 Fault Finding, can I find the issue? This one I go in search of the problem that is causing the low amplitude on the rebuilt watch movement after the thorough cleaning it received. Now I am sorry about the sound quality as I did not use my additional microphone as it was a very impromptu video however you still see what I do to try and find out why the movement is not running right.
