Vinnie: A confused and wasted Thomas and Friends Villain

Vinny is a Thomas & Friends character that has always confused me, from his basis to how he is written, and as a villain, he was pretty disappointing. In this video, I plan to take apart Vinny and dissect his history, as well as his appearance in the 2016 Thomas & Friends film the great race.
