Ronan Conway | Coaching Conference 2022

Ronan grew up in Bishopstown, Cork, hurling for both his club and county along the way. He spent 8 years working with The Soar Foundation, facilitating interactive resilience workshops for teenagers nationwide. Here he learned how to foster environments where young people feel a sense of belonging where they feel psychologically safe enough to be themselves - and where they feel inspired to engage. Ronan has also worked with teams across multiple codes and at all age levels, both amateur and professional, including the Dublin Senior Footballers in 2019 and most recently the Irish Men’s Rugby Team.
