The Wyoming Highway Patrol has been experiencing extreme strain in the past several years, stemming from limited staffing, expansive patrol areas and low wages. Wyoming Highway Patrol Association President Lt. Matt Arnell hopes that recent wage increases for state employees passed by the Legislature will alleviate some of those stresses.
