You won't believe this hidden gem exists right in the middle of Southern California. We set out on a Surreal Adventure to hike the region's only accessible volcano! This isn't your typical LA trail; this is a journey into California's geological past, offering views and a story you won't find anywhere else. Is this the best secret hike in all of SoCal? Watch and decide for yourself! The surrounding landscape looks like another world... This can be a very dangerous hike, especially on hot days. The area is very deceptive, because of the rock everywhere, the ground is reflecting all the heat back at you, this makes it dangerous. When we hiked this, it was ~80f, but despite being well acclimated and prepared, I became dehydrated. Do not hike this in the summer months! If you do decide to go here, let people know where your going. Sign the visitor log at the parking lot, bring appropriate clothing and a brimmed hat, drink and bring plenty of water!
