New York's Lt. Gov. Antonio Delgado plans to challenge Gov. Kathy Hochul in the gubernatorial primary next year - but he is polling significantly behind her. He joined Morgan McKay to explain his public falling out with Hochul this year, saying she stripped him of his executive email account, took away his cellphone, reduced his staff to one employee and blocked him from using an office that is closer to home. In this extended Politics Unusual interview, Delgado compares Hochul to Trump – calling it “political retribution” “We are very quick to point out the different ways the president decides to operate in that fashion.
