'A Thousand Years' - Movement ideas with Makaton hand signing plus dance choreography

'A Thousand Years' by Christina Perri accompanied with movement based on Makaton hand signing interspersed with simple dance choreography created by James Madsen. There are also suggestions for students to create their own improvised movement in sections of the song. The movement should be learnt in mirror image from the video. Most of the hand gestures should then be performed with the right hand, and the sweep in the chorus should be to the right. The inspiration for this performance piece came from the video 50 Mums:50 Kids:1 Extra Chromosome.
