Reforestation on Bodmin Moor Using the XAG P100 Pro Drone

The AutoSpray Pilot Network in action! We had an exciting few days on Bodmin Moor in Cornwall last week. In-between storms and snow falls, we managed to sow a mix of tree seeds that was 90% oak (acorns) on over a dozen sites that would have been difficult, if not impossible, to reach by conventional means. Members of the AutoSpray Pilot Network (ASPN) came along to assist and get a first hand insight into the specifics of reforestation by drone. We've been refining this process for 3 years and now have a very efficient workflow that we were keen to share with our pilots. Andrew Jacob & Charlie Jacob joined us from OSCAM AERIAL came along, Henry Partridge from HighVantage LTD was also on hand, along with Adam Cox of UAVagri Drone Application Services. We were also supported with the seed preparation by Marcus and Jo Bellet. But none of this would have been possible without Sam Manning and Robert Daulby from The Woodland Trust who planned this whole project.
