The “great tribulation” and “this generation” refer to first-century events, not the end of the world. While most of the Olivet Discourse was fulfilled then, some elements — like the final return of Christ and bodily resurrection — remain future. 📖 Bible Readings: Matthew 24:34 (Matthew chapters 23-24; Book of Revelation; 2 Timothy 3:1-8) 👨🏻‍💻 Teachings: The prophecy of Jesus: 1. It was meant to judge his enemies. 2. It was fulfilled in the first century. 3. It was interpreted accurately by the early church. 💪🏼 Applications: 1. Study the Bible without theological bias. 2. Know that the Bible does not teach pessimism. 3.
