It's been running all day and all night and sounds as quiet as it should be. I wasn't able to oil the upper bearing because the motor is sealed (The case is riveted shut). After this motor started making noise again about a month and a half after posting this video, I drilled out the rivets and separated the motor case and oiled the upper bearing as well. Unfortunately, it was too worn out and I ended up replacing the condenser fan motor.
