Wanda Corn encourages us to reconsider what falls within the spectrum of "Fine Arts" in the Americas as she draws our attention to more recent exhibitions that have lead to the creation of new paradigms in Fine Art Galleries, increasing the appeal of museums to a larger audience. Wanda Corn, the Robert and Ruth Halperin Professor Emerita in the School of Humanities and Sciences, specializes in the study of modern art and visual culture. She has spent considerable time in the Southwest and done extensive research and writing on Georgia O'Keeffe's art and life in New Mexico. This Stanford+Connects micro lecture was filmed on location in Scottsdale, Arizona. Stanford+Connects is a program of the Stanford Alumni Association.
