Once Hot, throw in about 2 tablespoons of butter, and immediately after throw in steak, peppers, onions and mushrooms. Cook for roughly 5 minutes or until everything is slightly cooked, stirring constantly. Pile all food onto one side of the skillet and drizzle fajita sauce over top. 2 Spoonfuls for light flavor, 3 for medium, and 4 for heavy fajita flavor. After 30 seconds, mix fajita sauce and pepper onion meat mixture around on pan stirring constantly. Meanwhile place large tortilla ina apan with a little olive oil, on medium heat. Sprinkle queso cheese all over tortilla. After cooking the peppers onions and meat for a couple more minutes, take off heat when a char has developed on the outside of the food. Put pepper onion meat mixture into tortilla on one half, fold over. Cut into quarters. Serve with Sour Cream and Salsa. ENJOY!
