The oversight hearing, which gets underway at 10 a.m., will feature testimony from Todd Lyons, the acting head of Immigration and Customs Enforcement; Rodney Scott, the commissioner of Customs and Border Protection; and Joseph Edlow, the director of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. The Jan. 7 shooting of Renee Good and the Jan. 24 shooting of Alex Pretti by federal agents led to increased calls for congressional oversight of the administration's immigration operations. All three of the agencies fall under the Department of Homeland Security.
