Building a Fireworks Show in Under 90 Minutes

The challenge for this video was to create a 10-minute fireworks show that the general public would enjoy, and see how long it took me to do so. All of the fireworks in this video are part of the Riakeo Fireworks line, including their Max Load series, compound, and 1.4g pro line cakes. I spent 30 minutes off camera creating a simple sequence/step script and poking the Max Load cakes. Using compound cakes that contain mixed effects and firing patterns is perfect for a general audience type of show. Once on-site, my friend and I laid out all of the cakes, inserting MJG initiators in everything, and started dropping cues. We finished this process in under an hour. After the heat of the day, I cut the tops off of the Max Load cakes and secured all of the individual cakes.
