How to write a good script tutorial Writing a good script can be easy if you know what you're doing. First Begin it with say a good camera movement, something you would want to see at the beginning of the video, because if you would like to see it, chances are other people like you would also like to see it. When you are writing something that's physically happening in your video write "Action:" and then write what you want to see. When it comes to the verbal parts of the script, first write the name of the character you want to say something for instance "Josh:" and write any action that's happening at the same time in brackets "(, )". When writing something someone is going to say you'll want to make sure it's not overly or under dramatic. Write something that you can picture someone like Robert deniro would say or a regular person would say, something that will relate to others and draw them in. For example instead of writing "Hi, my name is John" write something more like "Hey man" "Sup man, my name's john (shakes hands and nods head)" it seems complicated but when it comes to writing a good script it's a must that the dialogue is realistic and the story sucks a crowd in. One more thing I'd like to talk about is not letting stress bring you down. Writer's block is a very normal thing everyone gets it, just try watching the news and listening to a few songs, it could inspire a story easily. Also don't give up writing the story 3 quarters of the way through because you're too lazy to, the best feeling to get out of it is accomplishment and leaving it unaccomplished will come back to haunt you.
