Ceiba speciosa (Silk floss tree) Houseplant Care—95 of 365

So #95 of "365 Days of Plants" is an atypical houseplant, but sometimes I like to try unusual species in the home! I tend to like digitate and palmate leaves, so this plant appealed to me for that reason. It's known colloquially as a "silk floss" tree and is grown ornamentally for its exquisite and prolific fuchsia flowers. Mine has yet to bloom; and it loses its leaves in the winter (seeing that its deciduous), but in the spring, it always puts out quite a bit of leafage in my southwestern window.
