DETAILED REMOVAL STEPS 1. If the engine is still warm, wait until it has sufficiently cooled before removing the radiator cap. Failure to do so can cause pressured fluid to spray out and cause burns. 2. Drain the radiator by loosening the drain knob located near the lower right corner. 3. Remove lower radiator hose and retaining spring clamp. Remove the single electrical connector for the cooling fan. 4. Remove two 10 mm bolts on the radiator securing overflow reservoir hose. Disconnect hose and retaining spring from the radiator cap nipple. Drain and clean overflow reservoir if needed. 5. Remove upper radiator hose and retaining spring clamp. 6. Remove two 10 mm bolts securing both radiator upper support brackets. 7. Remove two 10 mm bolts mounting the fan to the radiator. Remove the fan. If there are obstructions, those parts will need to be removed to allow proper clearance. 8. Remove the radiator from the vehicle. 9. Cooling system capacity is roughly 1.65 gallons.
